Brand New Laptop- bought Dec. 2015 - Screen Randomly Goes Black/Freezes while working on it? Does it when plugged in and also when not plugged in. Coolsense is on, computer is not hot. I turned my sleep settings to NEVER to see if that helps, but it shouldn't sleep unless it is not being used, correct?...not in the middle of typing!
Please help stop this nonsense. I am forced to restart when it does this and I lose my work.
