Hi,

You can download free antivirus programs from the site of the producer. Such as an example Avast:

https://www.avast.com/en-us/lp-ppc-hp?device=c&ppc=a1&gclid=CLyDy-ijmdMCFUUW0wodvIQNLA&gclsrc=aw.ds

If you prefer a paid for antivirus such as Kaspersky you can either purchase in local computer shop, from online stores (some will send disk and some will send only the product key andd link to download.

You can also download free trial which usually lasts for one month and then deciode to purchase.

https://www.kaspersky.com/home-security?redef=1&reseller=SEM_KLIT&ksid=76cd972c-c022-494c-82c3-f4fb2...

I recommend not purchasing directly from producer site as it is more expensive than purchasing a licence in online store.

Hope it helps,

David

Hi,

Which AntiVirus solutions you need? Your Windows 8.1 OS already has Windows Defender built in, which is comparatively low resource hogging and decent enough.

I use full version Kaspersky internet security software - third party security software. It is a bit resource hogger. I live in dangerous cyber environment, hence went for this one.
