Hi, I have had my notebookPC stolen can you supply the specifications from the supplied numbers on the back of the supplied books box? The numbers are SO2038421, (B/D 10/02/09), 488171-011, M080718 VER.01 and a barcode 448376-21.

My computer was stolen and the insurance company wants the specifications which I had on the backup drive which was also stolen

You don't know the model number of the laptop? Where are you geting the numbers you posted. How long ago did you buy it? I'm sure the insurance company just wants some idea what it is worth, right?
