Spectre 360 notebook convertible

I purchased a Spectre 360 notebook in the UK and the edge of the screen ha started to spontaneously crack.  This is a very expensive product and I notice other people on the forum have also experienced the screen cracking.  The customer help told me they could only replace the screen if I were in the USA.  I think that reply is outrageous given these products are sold all over the world.  The Notebook does not appear fit for purpose if the screen on several customer products is cracking.

They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. 

 

Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. 

 

Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
