Starting windows freezes

ProBook 4730s
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hellow,  windows can't load.

When I turn on my laptop it freezes on Starting Windows screen.

Was making all tests in HP Advanced System Diagnostics and everything is passed.

Hi

From a working Windows 7 PC create a Repair Disk ....  Insert the created Disk into your CD Rom drive,  from  within the BIOS change the boot order so that the CD/DVD Rom is the first bootable drive choice .  Once the your machine boots to the repair Disk choose the option to repair your machine . If Windows cannot repair the system ( boot ) then try the Command Prompt option and type these commands

 bootrec /fixboot            ( hit enter )

 bootrec /fixmbr              (hit enter )

 bootrec /rebuildbcd      (hit enter)

Once you have typed these commands  type   exit         ( hit enter )

Lastly hold down   CTRL+ALT and tap delete and choose to restart your machine .   You should now be able to boot back into Windows 7 .
