Product: HP 245 G5 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I dont know if the problem is my notebook or windows 10. While Playing, Watching a Movie or Anything else it has a tendency to go sleep mode with a full battery or it is connected w/ charger. I have set already all in the power setting to never sleep. But it still goes to sleep mode. PRoduct # Y5W56PC#UUF. Please Help

go to advanced energy options IN ADVANCED, and change to 0 (zero) time to sleep by inactivity

I changed it but still sleeps suddenly.
