Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Did a system reset and during the installation of Windows the computer froze and shut down.   Was securely plugged in.   I have no recovery disk.    What can I do.   Please help!     Thanks everyone.

Hi,


Please tap away F2 key as soon as you power on laptop to enter System Diagnostics, perform extensive hard drive and memory tests. Let it finish

Let me know the results
