System constantly not responding.

HP Recommended
hp 250 notebook
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello folks.My laptop has been constantly not responding.Task master is even is doing it for some reason.Com is only 5 month old and is currantly up to date.HELP ME PLEASE.It's not goo.

Hi,

 

Shutdown the notebook. 

 

Tap away at the esc key as you start the notebook to enter the Start-up Menu.  Select the Diagnostic Menu option ( f2 ) and run the tests on the Hard Drive and Memory.

 

Post back with the results, including any error codes that may be generated.
