TOUCHPAD NOT WORKING

Hi @8055,

This is a wonderful location to converse with  the community, get assistance and find tips. For you to have a rewarding experience, I would like to include the following link for your perusal and reference:

I grasp that you upgraded the operating system on your notebook to Windows 10. All worked fine yesterday but today the touchpad is not responding and the notebook has become slow since the upgrade. You attempted the upgrade once before and you computer crashed due to some problem, so you reverted back to the original operating system.   Did you use the roll back option to go back?

Here are links to assist you with those issues:

HP Notebook PCs - Using the TouchPad or ClickPad (Windows 10)

HP PCs - Computer Is Slow (Windows 10)

If the issue remains you could try a clean install of Windows 10. Be sure to do all updates before attempting the clean install:

Please keep me updated on your progress.

Thanks! If this helps you to reach a solution, please click the "Accept as Solution"button down below in this message. If you wish to say "thanks" for my effort to help, click the "Thumbs Up" to give me a Kudos. :catvery-happy:
