my computter is brand new but my cammera is really snowy,Any suggestions

Welcome to the HP Community! I see that you are having some problems taking pictures. What program are you using to take the pictures? If you use the webcam with webcam software is the picture snowy?

yes im using the webcam and its really snowy,people say its the camera but this is a brand new computer its hard to believe that its takes worst pictures than a camera phone.ty for responding
