The Wifi Card in My Hp Pavilion G6 series has gone bad

Hp Pavilion G6

The Wifi Card in My Hp Pavilion G6 series has gone bad. Its an older modle from 2011. I have read on some post that this is a common problem with this modle. So my question is; is there an upgraded modle wifi card i could purchase and where. Or where can i purchase  a Stock one if i cant get an upgraded one.
