The laptop will not charge at all. When it is plugged in it reads 2% not charging

Then you have a warranty issue. Contact HP about a replacement.

Does anyone have a number to contact hp? Every number I have found is a 3rd party support line. I need a number for hp warranty issues if anyone can help.
