The recovery attemp has failed

This is what I got when i tried to use recovery discs from HP on my hp mini.  Then it says  

 

select

 

 

save log   details   retry

 

so now I have a pc with almost nothing on it , the system is win7 starter

 

help, what do I do now

I am having the same problem on my hp g61 windows 7 laptop! no one will reply to me!

There is no f11 use on my pc  now, got any other ideas for me to try????
