HP Spectre x360 13-4170nw
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

After the update of Windows 10, the speaker's drivers stopped working. I tried to install them. After couple of install times the Windows has broken down. I tried every option to recover it, but all failed. When I was trying the HP recovery manager (or smth like that) I scared that I'll loose my files and I stopped it. Now my screen aftern turning on looks like that  IMG_20170521_105326.jpgWhat should I do now? I really need my computer back. :Crying:

Hello, @Matuch10 – Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Forum! This is a wonderful location to converse with the community, get assistance and find tips!

Going through your post, I see that you are having issues while recovering the HP notebook. Do not worry, I’m here to help 🙂

We can perform the recovery while keeping your files. Go to http://hp.care/2q2Y2Vo and follow steps under “Recovery when Windows 10 does not start correctly”. If you follow the steps, you will be able to perform recovery without losing your data.

I hope that answers your concern adequately. Let me know!

Good luck 🙂

Unfortunately the solutions don't work. I called the technical support and they will send me the system. Thanks for the reply.
