Touch pad gesture stopped working after the latest HP driver update

HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I recently bought a HP ENVY x360 m6 Convertible from best buy. The laptop was working fine until i updated the driver shown by HP Support Assistant. I tried all the trouble shooting i could find on HP forums to no avail.

Only two finger right click works, nothing else.

The two finger scroll etc, everything has stopped working.

Touch pad gesture stopped working after the latest HP driver update

Hello@ anudeepkansal,

Welcome to the HP Support Forums!  It is a great place to find the help you need, from other users, HP experts, and other support personnel.

I understand that you need assistance to get the touchscreen issue fixed. Did I get it, right?

Since you mentioned that the issue only started after the Windows update,

I recommend you to perform the system restore to check if that fixes the issue.

Hope this answers the question. Please let me know more.
