Touchpad not working properly.

hp pavillion 360 convertible
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My touchpad is not working properly.

I can drag my cursor using it but am unable to hold it or tap it to select something which causing several inconvenience.

I came across your post about the TouchPad issue, and wanted to help!  I understand that moving the cursor works, but not other functions.

 

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
