Tried to Rest Lap Top, No avail

HP Recommended
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My Lap Top just started working verly slowley. Did a scan had a virus. Tried to reset it to a privious setting. It did'nt work. tried to reset it by doing a factory reset. Still did'nt work. I have a HP Pavlion, windows 10 64 bit, beats audio.

Have you run any of the tests using System Diagnostics? Immediately after powering on start tapping Esc key. This should open a menu where F2 System Diagnostics is a choice. Tap F2 key.

 

btw-"didn't work" doesn't give us much to work with. Error messages,etc are helpful.
