Product: Envy x360 notebook
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)
The computer won't go any further than the sign in screen. Takes about one minute then goes back to first screen.

This is a great location to get assistance! I read your post and see that you are your HP Notebook is booting into windows and its stuck in HP Logo, correct me if I am wrong. I would like to help you resolve this issue. 

 

However, I will need a few details to provide an accurate solution,

  • When did this issue start?
  • Did you do any hardware or software changes?
