USB Ports are not working

HP Notebook - 15-r249tu
Microsoft Windows 7 (32-bit)

USB ports of my note book are not working. there is  a driver missing:

 

compatible id

IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30

 

hardware Id

IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_8086&PID_9C31&REV_0004&SID_2211103C
IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_8086&PID_9C31&REV_0004
IUSB3\ROOT_HUB30&VID_8086&PID_9C31

 

pls help me to find this driver.

USB Ports are not working

Hi:

 

You need this one for that hardware ID...

 

Download, unzip and run the setup.exe file.

USB Ports are not working

Thanks Friends.. The driver was indeed helpful, but there was some .Net software issue. So i accidentally resolved it... But anyways thanks for sparing your valuable time to resolve my problem... I highly appreciate..
