My USB ports are out of order. By using F2 to test my system and USB , this code appears: code M4NHWX-7P58LA-MFPWLJ-8D3S03 failure

How can I make : change USB ports? but how can I proceed?

Thank you in advance for you replies.

You can't change the usb ports if they have failed-they are soldered to motherboard. One thing you could try is a hard reset to see if anything changes.Disconnect all external devices first.

1-remove power cord and battery

2-press power button for 30 seconds

3-reinstall only power cord for first startup.

4-power on

5-check for change
