Unable to connect through bluetooth on my laptop HP notebook 15 ac 122 TU

HI

 

I am unable to connect my phone and laptop through bluetooth. I am able to pair, but only when i send request from laptop. When i send pairing request through my phone to the laptop, it doesnot connect. Even after pairing i am unable to share the files from my phone. It shows unsuccessful. Kindly help in this issue.

Hi @Sid3296,

 

I have read about your HP 15-ac122tu Notebook and Bluetooth not connecting to your phone. Here is a link that might help.  I would check to make sure Bluetooth is on. It shows you how to do that under Connecting Bluetooth.

 

A device such as computer might need to have the Discovery setting turned on. To turn on Discovery in Windows 8, from the Start screen, type Change Bluetooth to open the Search charm, and then select Change Bluetooth settings from the search results.
