I am shopping arround for a new proccessor for my laptop(HP Probook455 G2). Can anybody recommend comptabile upgrades for my laptop and where will be the best place to get them.

Sorry but if you want to upgrade the CPU then you will need to replace the system board.

To change the AMD processor, I have to change the whole motherboard?

The CPU is soldered to the system board.

 

Look at page 22-23 of your manual.
