WINDOWS 10 WILL NOT ACTIVATE AND CAN NOT FIND NEW WIRELESS CONNECTION

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I DOWNLOADED WINDOWS 10 A FEW MONTHS BACK. EVERY SINCE THEN MY COMPUTER WILL NOT DO ANY UPDATES, IT SAY IT CAN NOT ACTIVATE WINDOWS 10 AND I JUST GOT NEW INTERNET SERVICE WHICH MY COMPUTER CAN NOT SEEM TO FIND IN THE LIST OF WIRELESS CONNECTIONS, THE NEW WIFI IS WORKING ON MY PHONE AND IPAD SO I KNOW ITS NOT THE PHYSICAL WIFI CONNECTION. HELP.
