WINDOWS 10 upgrade from microsoft on my laptop and now i am getting the VCRUNTIME140.dll error

i downloaded a windows 10 upgrade from microsoft and now when opening a program i get the VCRUNTIME140.dll error, how do i fix this

Hi,
Open windows Control Panel, open Programs and Features, right click the entry for HP 3D DriveGuard and select Uninstall.
When this has completed, restart the notebook.
When windows has reloaded, download and install the version of HP 3D DriveGuard on the following link.

Hi,
The creators update is missing the visual c runtime files the accelerometer software requires - these are included in the DriveGuard software package I previously linked to.
Alternatively, you can download and install the missing visual c files from Microsoft on the following link.
