WIndows 10 activation

HP Recommended
Pavillion BE002TX
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recenty bought a Pavillio BE002Tx laptop which has Windows 10 64bit Single Language OS preinstalled when i first switched on the laptop it was working perfectly and it didn't have any activation issue . But when I switched it on the second time it asked me the product key for windows it thought it was an error and i contacted the HP suport , according to the advice it got i installed all the updates into my laptop but it is still showing an activation error . How can i get the laptop's OS perfectly activated

Note : The laptop is still nder warranty .

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

You should not be having activation problems with a PC this new.

While this PC is still under warranty, you should contact HP Customer Support directly to have them put you in touch with HP Technical Support to see what they can do about diagnosing and repairing your machine remotely.

I did this recently and the HP Tech was able to remotely access my PC from the Internet and do the needed repairs.
