So, I built/ordered my dv6t-7000 during the Red Tag Sale that HP ran during the holidays...received my laptop around January 8th. Tonight the HP Support Assistant is running some scan and tells me that my warranty started on Jan 6, 2012 and expired on Jan 5, 2013.....while it was on its way from Singapore!! I've tried to contact HP but due to my warranty being "expired" I keep getting the run-around. Any ideas for a very frustrated customer? I've thought about posting it on their Facebook page but doubt if that would get me anywhere.
I appreciate any help and advice you guys might have...Thanks in advance!
