What Model is my integrated graphics

HP 15-d035dx Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

i tried to use direct x diagnostic tool but it only tells me "Intel (R) HD Graphics" it isn't more specific? Does any one know?

As per the documents it does not seem to any specific number.

What Model is my integrated graphics

im trying to down load the graphics driver to fix the sm bus controlller it has a yellow exclamation mark and im trying to fix this what should i do i heard you have to download the graphics driver but how am i supposed to do that ewhen i dont even know what model it is?

That's simple,

 

All you need is the product number of your PC. Which is (from the model) G1V01UA.
