Hi,

 

Normally they are the same machine on different markets. The last 2 characters are for a country or a region such as us (for the US), ca (for Canada ...) but the way HP uses region codes may be up to users imaginations. There are few differences you can think of: the keyboard (language), the wireless card (communication rules) ...
