Solved!

Where is the Quick link to the new menus on the right-hand side of any Community page?

HP ENVY NOTEBOOK 15-AH151sa
Microsoft Windows XP (64-bit)

I've come here today with a simple job in mind - to update my HP products in my profile.

I found my profile but couldn't see an Edit link. I searched and becuase I wasn't clear enough I got zillions of results mainly about changing a Windows User Account profile.

Eventually I found this very useful article in which I learnt for example that "Information for new users can be found by expanding the “Quick Links” menu on the right-hand side of any community page. "

But it doesn't say how I get to the quick link!

I'm beginning to think that I'm stuck in a time-warp. That article mentions a new "ME TOO" button. I don't have one so am I still using the old HP Support forum?

I just wanted to change my products/signature to HP Envy Win10 (HOME) laptop v1511/build 10586.104 IE11  and NIS and now I've seen something that must be wrong. In my profile it says this:

"Browser used for Last Visit  Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 10.0; WOW64; Trident/7.0; rv:11.0) like Gecko"

That's totally wrong and now I'm beginning to think that all the problems that I've been having here are related to when my 'Taffy087' account disappeared in 2014 and I had to creat my current one.

I think I need to go back to bed! Am I losing my sanity?

And now another problem - I was going to insert a cartoon but I find that the Windows Updates that have screwed up so many PCs this week has wiped out my photos!

Hi

When you click on your username you should go to your profile, now to your right hand side you should see something like this.
