There are no specific docking stations for it. I have one, too. Any generic usb-C/Tbolt 3 Port replicator/adapter will work although you likely know HP has blocked charging through the USB-C port except with an HP adapter.

What ports do you need on the dock/port replicator?

Thanks for the quick reply. I need 2 monitors, Ethernet and 2 usb ports. Second cable for charging is not optimal but I can live with it. How about this http://store.hp.com/us/en/pdp/hp-elite-usb-c-docking-station?

Have not tried that one or seen any reports on whether it works with the Spectre but in theory it should. The only thing I do not know is if it will charge the Spectre but I am using an HP USB-C charger that was not specifically made for the Spectre (OEM charger is too big to carry around) and it works so I would say this would work. At $150 I am tempted to get one myself. I also have the Zbook dock for my Zbook 15 G3 loaner but it has a proprietary dual usb-C and power pin connector to the laptop that will not work on the Spectre.

Which are compatible docking stations for Spectre notebook?

If I use a thunderbird 3 cable without the additional power branch, can I use the zbook thunderbird dockingstation ? or is it not going go work to charge and connect with a single cable?

Can you please clarify if you respond as a HP person or not?

I have been trying to get an answer from HP via phone call, but they just hang on me.

I receive the following answer from customer service

Possible options:

http://store.hp.com/SwitzerlandStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=T0K29AA&opt=AC3&sel=ACC

None of them seems to charge the laptop

Which are compatible docking stations for Spectre notebook?

I have purchased the following docking station.

Everything connected via a single cable.

Charging is working (as my spectre 13 x360 has thunderbolt 3).

HP provides you then with a pop up each time you start your computer

"HP recommends using an original power adapter from HP"

A bit an irony given that there is no such docking station.

Time to move to the next thread I guess... with some not so happy customers
