Wifi and Internet connection via cable not working say it's block via system test

Hello @Clemo,

Welcome to the HP Forums, I hope you enjoy your experience! To help you get the most out of the HP Forums, I would like to direct your attention to the HP Forums Guide First Time Here? Learn How to Post and More.

I read your post about the issue with the WiFi, and  wanted to assist you!  I understand that you are having some trouble with the WiFi, and Ethernet connect.

To start, can you provide me with the Product Number of the notebook?  Here is a link you can use that will help you find your Model and Product Number:
HP Customer Support - Products

So you are indicating that you can not connect to the internet, because of the system test?  Did you perform any system tests?  Have you already tried performing a Hard Reset?  Are you only having issues with that notebook?  Can you connect to the network with other devices?  Will the notebook connect to other networks?  Looking forward to your reply.

Have a great day!
