Wifi disabled

Hp chromebook
Chrome OS
Bought a chromebook from amazon for my daughter , problem with it is the wifi keeps dropping out , checked settings they say wifi is disabled and wont allow me to turn it back on. Restarting the machine makes no difference. Everything else is connected to the wifi no problem and signal is strong through the house so thats not the issue.
Any suggestions ??

Thanks for the reply. Have had a look at your link but no success. The issue is that the wifi is disabled not not connected. I can't turn it on again as the machine doesn't give an option to do it. It was connected to the wifi before with no problems. Then clicking on the settings menu it shows wifi disabled , id imagine that by clicking here it should allow you to enable the connection but it doesn't matter what you click or press it does nothing.
Any other suggestions ??
Thanks
