Hi @Soundrapandian,

Welcome to HP Forums! I have read your post and wanted to help.

I understand that wifi connection does not work on your laptop, and you got error message of "Problem with wireless adaptor or access point".

Please run the the component test for wireless module to test the wireless adapter hardware.

HP Notebook PCs - Testing for Hardware Failures (Windows 7, Vista)

You may need to replace the wireless network adapter if the test failed.

Let me know the results of your troubleshooting.
