Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

Hello my laptop crashed using windows 7. Reinstalled windows 7 with an iso disk and it asks for product key and when I enter it says product key not verified. It almost finishes sand that is when it stops. Any help would be appreciated.

How did you make the ISO? From where did you download?

That will not work.

Follow my suggestion above. Get the exact edition of Windows 7 64 bit that came with your laptop.
