Won't start

HP Recommended
Pavilion TS11- e102au TCH NB
Everytime I turn on it comes up with "needs to restart". Automatically restarts. Then says that start up failed. I have tried restarts, recovery, reinstalling windows. Nothing is working

Please run the Hard Drive Test from the BIOS.Tap F10 at the Start up.

Post back with the results.
