any G2 socket motherboards compatible with Pavilion G7-1019wm?

HP Pavilion G7-1019wm
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am wondering if there is a G2 socket motherboard (PGA_988b) that will work with the G7-1019wm?

I have currently ungraded the CPU from the p6300 to the i3-380m ($5 on ebay)  but the OEM G1 socket motherboard limits me to the i7-640m but i want to get into the next gen i-series so the built in graphics are better but i have to have a G2 socket motherboard..

Hi,

G7-1000 series support first and also second Intel generation. See this manual for the right parts: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c03538328.pdf

To make it easier, can the Intel Pentium P6300 be replaced with the Intel i5-3320m?

Because according to Intel the G7-1019wm OEM motherboard only supports up to the i7 640m which is only 1st gen...

No, you can't replace processors like that. You have to use only compatible processors from the same CPU architecture. Core i5-3320M comes from the third Intel generation and can't be used in the first or second generation systems. The best CPU for your laptop is a Core i7-2620M with the right motherboard  636375-001(1GB dedicated memory). It's probably better to get a decent used 3rd Gen laptop instead of the upgrade which could be pretty costly.
