Hello, I am running Windows 10 32bit os. The amber audio mute light stays on all the time and the audio is not as good as it was. I tried installing a new driver but the system keeps giving me errors. I've yet to see a driver especially for HP6565b and windows 32 bit. All the drivers are for the 64 bit. Could this be the problem installing the driver? thank you.   Randy Orchid.......

This is an older unit and we haven't released Windows 10 drivers for it. It looks like support stopped at Windows 8.1.
Best thing I can suggest is find the manufacter of the Audio Chip and see what they have.

Windows 10 should do this for you.

The Mute button may be result of the OS not knowing how to work with the older hardware so it doesn't know how to "unmute" the unit. Just a guess, though.
