how update my bios and check my product because two days before purches my laptop but product manufacture 2015
shopkepper told me this product is new thats way i brought this product but after brought my product so many problem face it that time i check this one manufacture date 2015 i am very affraid .

To help you better I would require more information.
- What is the exact issue with the unit ?
- You stated that it is new. Has it worked correctly before?
- Why do you need to perform a bios update?
- Are you looking for warranty information of your computer?
- Has it worked correctly in the recent past?
For now please do a hard reset. Steps:
- Power down the computer and unplug the charger. Then remove the battery only if it is a removable one.
- Hold down the power button of the unit for 15 seconds to discharge static electrical charges inside the machine.
- Replace the battery and reconnect the charger.

Please make a note of any failure code that might show up for failed components.
Once we establish that the hardware is working correctly, you could do a system restore by visiting this link: http://support.hp.com/in-en/document/c03327545 Please perform a restore to an earlier time before the issue started. Follow the option “Restore your computer when Windows cannot start normally”
