Hi:
You can clean install W10 by making your own plain W10 installation media using the Media Creation Tool at the link below.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10
When you go to reinstall W10, and you get to the part where you are asked to enter a product key, you select the 'I don't have a product key' option, and W10 will install and automatically reactivate once you are connected to the internet.
Then install the W10 drivers and available software you need from your notebook's support page.

Be sure to back up any files you don't want to lose before proceeding to reinstall W10.
