can not open HP application was block with the administrator

Dear HP

 

 

Plese help,

my notebook can not open the HP application was block with the administrator.the response is always ask an administrator why can this happen?

please repair it soon

Sorry, but you're misunderstanding the situation.  Starting with Win7, Windows users were no longer created with the same permissions as the default Administrator account.  This was to prevent malware and rootkits from taking over the PC.

 

So, as a general use, with some elevated rights, some apps you run will prompt for the password when you run them -- this is how modern Windows versions work.

 

Since this is your PC, you should know the password.

 

We have no way of find out that password, so we have no way of helping you to get around it.

 

If you did not setup this PC, you will need to talk to whomever did -- in order to obtain the password.
