Hello @msjarri

Welcome to the HP Support forum. Thank you for posting.

Your HP mini notebook does not support server OS officially. Windows XP is the supported one.

In order to restore the device to factory default condition, you need to use HP Recovery media. Since the device is an old one, such a kit can be obtained from this 3rd party company >> http://www.computersurgeons.com/p-17050-recovery-kit-577131-001-for-hp-model-number-110-1000.aspx

The kit is with CDs/DVDs and you need to also use external DVD USB drive

Let me know if you need detailed assistance on how to use the kit. Hope this helps.
