cracked pavilion screen

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My pavilion fell off my hands a few days ago. It has a crack at a corner. The touchscreen has stopped working all over. i wanna know if id need to buy juat the screen or a whole new package

Allow me to welcome you to the HP forums!

Sorry, but this is just a community forum staffed by volunteers and we have no way of troubleshooting or repairing your PC from here.

 

My guess would be that you would only have to repair the screen, but a dropped laptop can also damage the hard drive and the keyboard.

 

Unfortunately, we also have no way of providing repair estimates.

For that information, your only recourse is to take the PC into an HP Service Center and have them look at it.
