hi everyone just need to know something.i have got a hp stream notebook-11-r050sa.i accidently uninstalled c drives and changed systems bios so im planning on purchasing a recovery usb drive from hp and just want to know if the recovery drive will reset everything including the bios to factory condition.thankyou everyone.shaun

The recovery USB would restore the disk back to the way it was when you first unboxed it.  It would not restore the BIOS as far as I know.  If you press the Esc key to enter the BIOS System Setup menu, there is an option to restore the BIOS back to the default, is that not working?  Also try F11 to restore the disk from the recovery partition if you have not already, that would save you from ordering the media.
