Hi,

If you desire, you can clean install Windows 10 Home edition in your Stream notebook, using Microsoft windows media creation tool by creating bootable installation USB.

Stream is a budget notebook with very low storage capacity and hardware components. Recovery may fail due to not enough storage capacity and memory.

You could try clean install. Windows will be automatically activated after installation while connected to internet

Additional drivers, you can download from your HP support page.
