flickering My LCD Graphic

Hi I have HP Elitebook 8460p Notebook Pc , AM facing a problem some time my Disply are flickering , please help me i have see this problem after the full boot of my system never seen it in startup time  , i see this Flickring on Windows 7 , Windows 8.1 Pro or Enterprise and also on Windows 10 , It means mostly on Windows , And i have also anlyzie that this problem are mostly on Elitebook i have some friend have same problme .So if you have good suggestion please tell me.

I have the same issue

 

it can be "fixed" by setting the power options to "maximum performance" (even on battery), in windows control panel or intel graphics control panel.

Ok brother i have changer my setting Balanced Recomemended to High Performance and just control LCD Back lite Time just 2 mint and also Brightness just set 30% is it ok?

I didn't mean you should switch to the high performance power profile, balanced is fine.

I was talking about a specific setting for intel graphics, which you'll find in the advanced settings of the power plan OR in the intel control utility (right click on desktop -> graphic properties).
