Hi,

Hard drive has failed.

You should be replacing failed hard drive with a new one of similar form factor.

Use Recovery media created after first setup of this notebook, to factory reset after replacement of HDD.

You can back up data from failed drive by taking out HDD, connecting to another PC using SATA to USB adapter. Then use explorer to copy the files you need.

Back up your data first.

Hard drive fail means it may or may not allow successful reinstallation.

Replacing it would be best solution in this case.

You can reinstall after replacement of HDD.
