Hi,

 

What do you mean by "RECOVERY" ? Do you want to get back to the factory settings (wipe out everything) or just Recover back to the previous good point ?

Hi,

 

The three main ways to reset your notebook to 'Factory Conditions' can be found on the link below - remember that all these methods are 'destructive', so back-up any personal files etc that you wish to keep first.

 

Reinstall Windows 7
