how to "dim" the dv7t notebook pc backlited keyboard light?

I just purchased a 17" HP Notebook dv7t Quad ED, I feel that the backlited keyboard are too bright when lights are on, is this kind of keyboard can be dim the light? I like it on but not too bright.
