Can you post the Hardware ID???
There is no internal hardware that I know of, that would list that description in your notebook.
Do you have some kind of external device connected (either directly or wirelessly) to the notebook?
If so, you will need to get the driver from the manufacturer of the device you connected.
after my laptop update to the the windows 10 it started to stop decteing and accepting my external devices( my phone n other phones) so idk what to do since im unable to update the portable devices driver

Did you check the support site for your mobile device to see if they have drivers?
The hardware ID you posted is for an Android phone.
I think you may get better help on the Microsoft Windows forum because there are no drivers from HP that can help.
