Hi @weezers7

Welcome to the HP Support forum.

Note - I moved your topic to the Notebooks section (it was in the Tablets) because your device 15-g019wm is a notebook/laptop, not a tablet.

1. Please, ensure your PC is really malware-free. Scan with these free but effective utilities:

1.1.  ESET Online scanner - eset.com ->  http://download.eset.com/special/eos/esetonlinescanner_enu.exe

Instructions ->  http://support.eset.com/kb2921/?locale=en_US

Ensure that before the scan starts you select to detect Potentially Unwanted programs and Potentially Unsafe programs

1.2.  Malwarebytes AdwCleaner -> https://www.malwarebytes.com/adwcleaner/

2. Remove all the pests found

3. Reset the settings of your browsers - reset to default - here is how to for Chrome, Firefox and IE  > https://www.howtogeek.com/171924/how-to-reset-your-web-browser-to-its-default-settings/

Hope this helps. Let me know if you still experience issues
